Lokhart is very professional and covers all of the bases...which is good for both sides. They will do a great job of decorating, staging, setting up security, and bringing major traffic to your home...be prepared with plenty of contracts and sales people. They've got the system down and it's worth every penny. It helped me sell a home in Mansfield that sat for a while, and created interest for build-jobs too. This is the way to go with the current environment...we need to be creative.
